Processing and Packing

We allow 1-2 business days to process and pack your order.  However, during busy times like sales, new product launches, and holidays like Christmas, it might take us a bit longer. For this reason we do not guarantee your order will be packed withing 2 business days. Rest assured, we will keep you updated if for some reason there is a delay in processing times. 


Incorrect Address

If you accidentally entered the wrong address at checkout and your order was sent back to us, we'll need to charge a redelivery fee to send it out to you again. The redelivery fee will be $12 for shipping within Australia for all packages 5kg and under and must be paid by the buyer before redelivery can occur. For any packages above 5kg the redelivery free will be calculated at the time of shipping and will be based on the weight of the package. For redelivery of International Orders, the redelivery fee will be the total cost of shipping to your country of origin and all payments of international customs, duties and taxes will remain the responsibility of the buyer. 


Unclaimed Items

If you didn't pick up your order from the post office or courier depot and it was sent back to us, we'll need to charge a redelivery fee to send it out to you again. Fulfillment

Due to the speedy nature of our fulfillment center, once your order is placed we cannot change your shipping address, information, or delay/postpone your order. For any questions regarding your shipping information, contact Customer Service hello@sunnybod.com.

The notes section in your order may not be used to change address, delay/postpone your order, or make any adjustments in fulfillment as the fulfillment process is automated and the notes will not be taken into account.

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time unless noted in a special promotion.

Please note that once your order has left our fulfillment center and is in the hands of the postal courier, SUNNYBOD™ cannot be held responsible for issues that may occur during shipping including delays and damaged items.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Free Domestic Shipping on all orders of $150 or more within Australia. 

Orders placed after 10am AEDT should be processed within 48 hours of the following business day (Monday – Friday).

We want to let you know that there are currently some delays with Australia Post. Unfortunately, we can no longer guarantee when your parcel will arrive, but we promise to do everything we can to get it to you as quickly as possible. Shipping is tracked but not insured. 

 

International Shipping Policy 

  • International Shipping Rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Packages should be delivered within 7 – 30 business days
  • Weekend delivery is not available.
  • We ship your order with our trusty friend Australia Post and your country’s local mail carrier (i.e. Singpost, Canada Post, Royal Mail etc.) For example, if you live in Singapore, the package will ship out with Australia Post, then be handed over to Singpost for delivery. International Shipping Customs, Duties & Taxes 

  • International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.


  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.

 

Additional Considerations

  • Customs: customs offices in some countries require the recipient (importer of record) to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, Tax ID, or CPF.


    • Some countries that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.


  • At SUNNYBOD™, we're so thrilled to be able to offer worldwide shipping, bringing our products to customers all over the globe! However, there are a few exceptions that we need to let you know about. At this time, we're unable to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, North Korea, Mexico, Peru, Russia, Syria, Ukraine, and Yemen. We hope to be able to ship to these countries in the future! If you're placing an order to UAE, Qatar, Oman, or Saudi Arabia, please note that your shipping address must include a PO Box. This is a requirement of the local postal service, and we want to make sure your package arrives safely and on time. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please make sure to write your shipping address in English without accent marks on any letters. This will help us ensure that your package arrives at the correct address, without any hiccups!
