Refund policy
At SUNNYBOD™, we believe in providing an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our refund policy is straightforward and transparent, and we encourage you to review it before making your purchase.
We want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our policy, and we are always available to answer any questions you may have. We take pride in the quality of our products, and we believe that you will love them as much as we do. However, in the unlikely event that you're not satisfied with your purchase, rest assured that we are here to help.
Refunds
We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. However, given the diverse nature of skin types and individual tolerances, outcomes can differ between users. As a result, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns on the grounds of change of mind once the product has been used.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receiving your order subject to the following terms:
Return Period
Items must be returned to us within 7 days from the date you received your order. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
Proof of Purchase
You must provide proof of purchase.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost will not be refunded.
Condition of Items
All items must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, and unused, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. If the item(s) is returned in a used or altered condition, or without all tags and original packaging then no refund will be issued.
Return Address
If you would like to request a refund please email us at hello@sunnybod.com and we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please mark the subject line with the words Refund, your name, your order number and attach your proof of purchase.
SUNNYBOD™ Refillable Sunscreen Brush Promotion, Free Gifts and Bundled Merchandise Returns
If you purchased items as part of a promotion, free gift promotion or bundle, all items must be returned to us with any gift or bonus or bundled product received with the merchandise. The following additional terms do apply;
- If a SUNNYBOD™ Refillable Sunscreen Brush(s) is returned for a refund, the accompanying free Brush Pouch(s) & Cleaning Brush(s) must also be returned in its original, unused state with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
- If the Brush Pouch(s) & Cleaning Brush(s) is not returned, is returned in a used condition, or without all tags and original packaging, the total retail value of the Brush Pouch(s) & Cleaning Brush(s) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If a SUNNYBOD™ Refillable Sunscreen Brush(s) is returned for a refund and was purchased as part of a bundle, all bundled merchandise must also be returned in its original, unused state with all tags attached and in its original packaging. If any bundled merchandise is not returned, is returned in a used condition, or without all tags and original packaging, the total retail value of the items will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Any items purchased with a promotional discount (% off or $ off total ) will be refunded the amount paid (purchase price) at the time of purchase, less any applicable deductions. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
Return Costs
All expenses related to the return of goods, such as return shipping and handling, postage fees, taxes, and any and all other costs associated with the return of goods to us are the responsibility of the buyer. SUNNYBOD™ recommends that you return all physical goods via registered post and are that they are tracked and insured. SUNNYBOD™ will not be responsible for any parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Processing
Once we receive your returned item(s), they will undergo a quality review within 5 business days. Once approved, you will receive a refund for the purchase price, less any applicable deductions (excluding original shipping costs) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.
We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are approved but please allow up to 14 business days for the amount to be credited back to your account once the refund has been processed.
Exchange
We do not offer exchanges. You can return your item for a refund and then place a new order to get the new item of your choice.
Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, within 7 days of receipt of the goods, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
If your item is faulty, please take a clear photo of the fault and email us at hello@sunnybod.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
Please mark the subject line with the words Faulty, your name, your order number and attach your proof of purchase. A clear photo must be provided to the SUNNYBOD™ team supporting the claim and in order for the claim to be processed. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging; no refund can be made for products that have been used. Once we have assessed the refund request, any refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, minus shipping cost.
For faulty items, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will exchange any unsatisfactory product, or you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus shipping cost.
If you purchased items as part of a promotion, free gift promotion or bundle, all items must be returned to us with any gift or bonus or bundled product received with the merchandise. All items must be returned in its original, unused state with all tags attached and in its original packaging. If any bundled merchandise or free gift is not returned, is returned in a used condition, or without all tags and original packaging, the total retail value of the items will be deducted from the refund amount issued for the faulty item, if the refunded if granted.
Rejection of Returns
SUNNYBOD™ reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our returns policy. Items that do not fulfil the return conditions may be returned to the buyer at their own cost.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, our Website Terms of Use, Terms of Sale policy and our Privacy Policy will be deemed the final and integrated agreement between you and us on the matters contained in these Terms. This refund policy is governed in conjunctiuon with our Terms of Sale policy.
